We are a caring community of all ages and diverse perspectives that invites
you to laugh, learn and grow spiritually with us.
We give 10% of our weekly offerings to others in our
community. Each month a new charity is selected to receive our gifts. Examples include Habitat
for Humanity, Snohomish County Center for Battered Women, Tailgate Ministries, Lake Stevens Food Bank, Everett Gospel Mission,
The Little Red Schoolhouse, Cocoon House and EquiFriends.
We are part of our community's history. Holy Cross celebrated its 25th Anniversary with several special events
in 2008. The first worship service of Holy Cross Lutheran Church was held in 1982 at Hillcrest Elementary School in
Lake Stevens, where the congregation continued to meet until the new church building was dedicated on October 26, 1986.
We are a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). For more information about
